Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@libertineblends.com and include:

  • your order number;
  • a photo of the damaged, faulty, or incorrect item;
  • a photo of the packaging and shipping label.

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the issue and product availability.

Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at admin@libertineblends.com and we will do our best to assist.

Once an order has been placed, we may be unable to modify or cancel it.

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights as a consumer.
