2. Age Restrictions
Our products contain alcohol and are only available to people of legal drinking age.
By using our website and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the legal drinking age in your country if higher.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we cannot verify that the purchaser or recipient is of legal drinking age. Deliveries may also require proof of age on receipt.
3. Products
Libertine Blends sells premium canned ready-to-drink cocktails.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, ingredients, alcohol content and availability are accurate. However, product packaging, appearance and availability may vary slightly from time to time.
Please always check the product label before consumption, especially if you have allergies or dietary requirements.
4. Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.
A contract between you and us is formed only when we confirm that your order has been accepted or dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including product unavailability, incorrect pricing, payment issues, age-verification concerns, delivery restrictions, suspected fraud, or legal requirements.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund you using the original payment method.
5. Prices and Payment
Prices are shown on our website in the currency displayed at checkout.
Delivery charges, taxes and any applicable fees will be shown at checkout where possible before you place your order.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and/or authorised payment providers. Libertine Blends does not directly store or process your full credit or debit card details.
6. Delivery
We deliver to the locations made available at checkout, including Spain, selected EU destinations and the United Kingdom where available.
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete details.
Because our products contain alcohol, delivery may require an adult signature and/or proof of age. If valid proof of age cannot be provided when required, delivery may be refused.
7. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products
We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If there is a problem, contact us at admin@libertineblends.com within 24 hours of delivery, including:
- your order number;
- a description of the issue;
- photos of the damaged, faulty, or incorrect product; and
- photos of the packaging, where relevant.
If we confirm that the product was damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the circumstances and product availability.
This does not affect any legal rights you may have as a consumer.
8. Responsible Consumption
Please enjoy our products responsibly. Alcohol should not be consumed by minors, pregnant individuals, or anyone advised not to consume alcohol for medical or other reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where we believe products are being purchased unlawfully or irresponsibly.

All content on www.libertineblends.com, including text, images, logos, product names, branding, graphics and designs, is owned by or licensed to LIBERTINE BARCELONA, S.L.
